Hours of Operations
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:00 pm EST. The best way of reaching Firefly is via phone/text or email. If we shouldn’t be able to return your call or email we will do so within 24 hours of receiving the request. Please keep in mind we do follow the Federal Holiday Schedule. When we schedule our vacation we will give you advance notice on those dates when they come around.
What makes us different?
We strive to make it a personal relationship, we want to look at you as a family, not some other random OBM/VA company with that you don’t have a connection with you. We want you to feel comfortable and who you hire. Firefly wants to know your OBPM and VA services and give you the white glove experience that others may not be able to provide. We pride ourselves on communication, dedication, reliability, and effective solutions to our clients.

Local Business Visits
We try to be as flexible as we can for you and your business, but we really try to stay to our model which is being a ”project management and virtual administrative support team”. We understand that projects and items do come up from time to time with our local small business owners. If this should occur this will be done on a case-by-case basis and additional charges will be deducted from your package this will include our travel time and however long it takes to do that task or project.
Form of Communcation
How do we keep you updated? This is totally up to you as our client. On PM projects we will be in weekly/bi-weekly meetings to let you know how to project is going. As for maintenance virtual assistant work) we’ll discuss methods that work well for both parties and then go from there. Rest assured, we try to make this process as easy as possible for you so you can get back to doing what you love to do.
